We expect our patrons to be following government rules and regulations. We use Eliminator 42 to clean our equipment after every rental. Eliminator 42 is on Health Canada’s list of disinfectants to use against SARS-CoV-2(COVID-19).

The rental cost includes delivery, setup, walk through, and pick up.

No deposit is required at this time to book; however, we do require a $200 damage deposit. This damage deposit can either be paid when you book your rental online (through this website booking), or in person upon our arrival prior to set up the bouncer(s).  

Yes, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellation.

No, your rental will be set up and ready to use prior to the party. We will come and take down the unit after you rental time is done.

If the weather does not cooperate on the day of your party we will be happy to reschedule you. This goes for rain, snow, and ice. 

Yes, each of our bouncy castles are cleaned before and after set up.

Our castles are 100% vinyl. All units are latex free.

The earlier you book the more choices you will have.

Approximately 15-25 minutes for each inflatable castle.
